3. How are your leads generated?

Our leads are generated through a face-to-face interview with professional staff in locations throughout the UK and Europe. All of our staff are trained in the areas that they are generating leads for. This means that the initial sales approach has already been done for you, ensuring all leads are qualified. Our unique face to face approach also means that they leads are of a much higher quality than internet generated leads where the client could be 'shopping around' on multiple websites and be receiving multiple calls.

All our leads are from the UK, our operations in Europe also exclusively target UK citizens.

Yes our leads are strictly exclusive. No client should be contacted by any other company within your industry. Our on-line delivery system is set up accordingly.

7. How fresh are the leads?

Very fresh. We use the latest in digital capture technology to ensure that each lead is captured, verified and processed in the shortest possible time. Our leads are available within 24 hours of the client completing our questionnaire.

8. Are your leads compliant with the necessary laws?

Yes our leads comply with all relevant laws on data gathering, processing and handling. All of our clients have been asked permission to be called and have opted in specifically to be contacted. Our Financial Claim leads comply with the guidelines set out by the Ministry of Justice.

9. What does it cost?

We offer the most cost effective leads you will find. Our lead price is based on the base price of the lead plus the cost of any filters you apply. More information can be found on our pricing page.

10. How do I pay for my leads?

We accept cheques, if paying by cheque 7 days clearance will be required before the amount is credited to your account.

11. How will I receive my leads?

You will receive your leads by email in a pre-agreed standard format (pdf, spreadsheet or CSV file). The leads will be fulfilled to you up to the agreed volume level. The leads will be despatched by this method to you on a daily/weekly basis or otherwise agreed intervals.

If you pay by invoice leads will not be delivered until payment has cleared.

12. When will I receive my leads?

Once we have received payment, leads will normally be sent within 48 hours. If however your lead quota cannot be satisfied within 48 hours, we will let you know and despatch leads to you as soon as our agents generate them. We will aim to ensure you have your leads within 30 days or at pre-agreed intervals.

13. What is the refund policy?

Occasionally you may get an invalid lead but our quality checking system should keep this to a minimum. We have made it easy for you to return the lead via our online control panel where you will be credited with a replacement lead. The criterion for an invalid lead is:

  • Incorrect telephone number
  • Non UK enquiry
  • Bogus or false enquiry
  • A minor application
