Lead Sourcing

We generate financial claim leads, direct from the consumer via research led field marketing initiatives.

This face to face formula follows good practice guidelines laid down by consumer legislation and ensures the genuine quality and freshness of the information we offer you. This saves you time and money in your sales activities with the consumer. Due to the face to face generation of leads you can also be confident that each lead is exclusive – the consumer has not been ‘shopping around’ beforehand.

Our current lead focus is on the massive growth area of consumer protection and financial claims including Unfair Credit Agreements, Mis-Sold Payment Protection Insurance and Debt Management requirements.

Lead Information

We ensure that each lead has full name, address, two telephone numbers (when available), email address, UCA/PPI quantity and value. We want to ensure that you have enough information to contact the lead in confidence.

Despatching Leads

Our stock levels are always changing so if your leads cannot be provided within 48 hours you will be notified and we will dispatch the leads within the next 30 days or at pre-agreed intervals. To ensure fairness, we despatch leads on a first come first serve basis to all our customers.

Because we only stock fresh leads you may wish to agree a schedule for the fulfilment of your leads once you have sampled a selection.

Ensuring Quality

Our quality control procedure ensures that you are provided with accurate information. You will receive the relevant contact details along with the ‘opt in’ agreement in the format of your choice PDF, Excel spreadsheet or CSV file.

If you find that a lead is not a UK resident or their contact details are incorrect, please contact us and we will issue a replacement lead. For full details of our returns policy please check our Terms & Conditions.

Contract Sales

Our contract sales agreement allows you to fund a pre-determined level of leads on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Lifestyle Leads will then fulfil the lead requirement on an ongoing as generated basis through its field research activities. All leads are thus generated on demand, quality checked and despatch to you on the pre-agreed schedule and agreed format. If you would like to discuss a lead contract please contact us.
